  • Nicole’s journey into leadership development began on the front lines—supporting over 1000 clients on stress leave as a vocational counsellor. What she discovered? It wasn’t the work burning people out, it was toxic, outdated leadership approaches and a lack of leadership training on the how to’s.

    That discovery led her to build Organizations by Design Inc., driven by the belief that leadership must evolve—and that change starts with us.

  • With over 15 years working experience my tenure includes roles in retail stores (small and big box), corporate retail, small business, not-for-profit, and charitable sectors. I have held store, district/regional, and executive level positions with various business chains with a focus on operations, talent management, and business development.
